Sell With Us - Consignor Guide & Terms

Thank you for being part of our mission to relove treasures, reduce waste and reshape the way families shop.

Below is everything you need to prepare and send your items to us.

What we do & don't accept for our 3 categories-

1: EVERYDAY

Gently-worn, good condition baby, toddler & children's clothing that deserves another round of memories.

✅ Accepted items

  • Great condition baby, toddler & children's clothing (PREM – 5Y)

❌ Not accepted

  • Stains, marks, holes (unless very minor and can price to reflect)

  • Strong scents (vomit, perfume, smoke, storage smell)

  • Unlabelled (size must be attached)

 

2: PLAY GRADE

Baby, toddler & children's daycare type clothing that can easily be re-loved and go another round of play-doh and sandpit play. These will all be for sale for $5 or less

✅ Accepted items

  • Baby, toddler & children's clothing destined for daycare (PREM – 5Y)

  • Daycare items with names on labels (we're not throwing away clothing just because it's named?!)
  • Those cheaper items (Postie, Kmart etc) that have been taken care of

❌ Not accepted

  • Stains, holes (unless very minor)

  • Strong scents (vomit, perfume, smoke, storage smell)

  • Unlabelled (size must be attached)

 

3: LITTLE EXTRAS

Baby, toddler & children's accessories 

✅ Accepted items

  • Baby, toddler & children's accessories (CLEAN shoes, socks, hats, booties, bibs, change mats, sleep sacks, bassinet and cot sheets, small soft books)

❌ Not accepted

  • Stains, marks, holes (unless very minor)

  • Strong scents (vomit, perfume, smoke, storage smell)

  • Unlabelled (size must be on shoes)

How to prepare your items-

Please ensure your pieces are

✔️ Freshly washed
✔️ Stain-free and odour-free
✔️ Fully dry before packing
✔️ Snaps, buttons and zips secure
✔️ Folded neatly

Little touches make big magic - beautifully prepared items sell faster and earn you more.

Sending us your items-

Order a Recollect Pack

Your pack includes:

  • A1 courier bag
  • Prepaid return shipping label
  • Packing instructions

Simply fill the bag, seal and send it. Leave the rest to us

What happens next-

  1. We receive and gently sort your pieces

  2. Accepted items are photographed and listed

  3. You’ll see them appear in your online consignor account

  4. As items sell, your balance grows

Consignor earnings-

  • You receive 60% of each sale

  • Payouts requested via your account dashboard

Selling timeframe-

Items are listed for 90 days in total

After 60 days, the item will move to the sale section with 20% off
At the end of the 90 day period, if still unsold, you can choose to:

✅ Have the item(s) returned (shipping payable by you)
♻️ Donate them on your behalf

These options will be presented to you via email when the 90 days has ended
