Customer Returns

The mini recollective sells pre-loved children’s clothing and accessories. All items are carefully checked and described.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or unfit for purpose.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • If items are faulty, or significantly not as described, items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

  • Return shipping costs for faulty items are the responsibility of The mini recollective.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may impact consignor payouts if an item is returned.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
