Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive safely, once a parcel has been handed to the courier we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
